Terrén is a young firm with deep roots. Our founder, Amanda, holds a Master's in Architecture, Engineering & Construction Management from Carnegie Mellon — and spent six years at Google before turning that precision toward something more personal: the homes people return to. That combination of systems thinking, engineering rigor, and builder's instinct is what makes Terrén different. She leads every project herself: finding the land, shaping the design, and overseeing every phase of construction through completion. One person. Full accountability. No handoffs, no gaps.
